Red Thread of Fate Portraits

Description

I captured a series of portrait photographs based around the theme of the Red Thread of Fate, which is an East Asian belief and a Chinese folklore that believes that two people who are destined to be together are tied together by an invisible red string throughout the entirety of their lives. The invisible red thread may tangle or stretch; however, it will never break. It is believed that the two connected people will eventually find their ways to one another and fall in love.
